Core Strengthening Classes (Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi)

We offer Core Strengthening Classes such as Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi at Motion on Mainstreet located at 2329 W. Main Street
in Olde Town Littleton in the Littletown Office Building. Under the guidance of Amy Anderson and Lea-Ann McMillan, Motion on
Mainstreet is southwest metro-Denver's premier Pilates Studio and Rehabilitation Center which also provides Pilates specialty
classes, Yoga, and Tai Chi. For the past 7 years, we have offered private Pilates sessions for professional dancers, serious
athletes, recreational athletes, and for anyone who is interested in improving the health and quality of their life. We help
athletes who partake in sports such as gymnastics, skating, baseball, tennis and more. Our approach is also perfect for the
non-athlete who is interested in advancing fitness levels, gently increasing flexibility and finding safe, fun ways of improving
strength.
