Physical Therapy
At the Colorado Center for Physical Therapy, we are proud to combine traditional Physical Therapy with age-old, time
tested natural health approaches. Our application of deep tissue (neuromuscular) therapy is the perfect compliment to physical
therapy modalities. With it, we can effectively work areas of the body that other physical therapists cannot. We believe it is
an important missing link to the modern day physical therapy approach. Added to this is the grace of Hanna Somatic Movement
Therapy and the profound change that it can produce in a short period of time. Joseph Pilates introduced us to a challenging and
revered system for establishing lasting core strength and balance. The graceful, centered movement and energizing circular
motions of Tai Chi strengthen, ground and rejuvenate. All these dynamic systems are rooted in the timeless wisdom of Yoga and
serve as our wellspring insuring success in the rehabilitation of injury and prevention. We enjoy keeping serious athletes and
dance professionals at the top of their game, supporting seniors with high quality fitness and flexibility, teaching prevention,
and giving couch potatoes a glimpse of what's possible.
