What makes us different?
In 1988, we recognized the benefit of ultra-specific deep tissue therapy (neuromuscular therapy). We knew that specific soft
tissue manipulation was a missing link in traditional approaches to rehabilitating injuries. We began combining this deep tissue
approach with traditional physical therapy applications and somatic movement therapy (repatterning exercise) with excellent
results. By 1992, we established an outstanding referral network gaining the trust and respect of referring doctors and other
health care practitioners. We became known for our ability to help chronic and difficult to treat injuries. In 1996, we added
Rehabilitative Pilates to our program. This furthered our capacity to help injuries of all kinds and attracted professional
dancers, serious athletes and expanded our sports program. We have since added a state of the art spine strengthening system as
well as a Pilates studio which offers the core strengthening classes of Yoga, Tai-Chi, and of course, Pilates.

Our pioneering approach is available to anyone and everyone. It has placed us on the leading edge in the area of pain relief
and offers medical doctors and patients a viable adjunct or alternative to pharmaceutical medication and surgery. Our goal is to
remain on the leading edge and we look forward to the opportunity of providing the best possible services to you.
